HTA Design are an award-winning design practice who provide architecture, landscape architecture, engagement, communications and sustainability services for Quadrant House. CBRE The Planning Team comprises of circa 30 professional planners and has extensive experience working on key sites within the London Borough of Sutton. Prior to the pandemic, CBRE was advising London Borough of Sutton on a development strategy for Sutton Town Centre that would secure its successful repositioning through comprehensive review of key sites, public realm and accessibility.
Working with the Council and Farrells, CBRE provided strategic planning and development advice to inform the town centre delivery plan. The delivery plan reviews and implements the Council’s adopted Sutton Town Centre Masterplan and facilitates action on behalf of both the public and private sectors.
